System 2000 Awnings


The system 2000 internal winder awning operates with a flat tape coming from a spool on the top roller through a series of tape guides to inside the building and into a winder box. This is wound to operate the awning up & down. The awning has spring loaded pivot arms which force down to tension the fabric. In most cases the awning comes with a pelmet at the top for it to retract into for protection.

Fixed Guide Awning


Fixed Guide Awnings are either crank operated or motorised. They have running irons fitted down both sides with a metal and nylon bush, which slides down around the running irons and a weighted bottom rail. Crank operation by a winder handle is suitable to heights up to 4.5 metres and for higher installations motorisation is recommended. In most cases the awning has a pelmet at the top for it to retract into for protection.

MF 700 Awning


The MF 700 Awning is another pivot arm style awning, with similar features to those mentioned above, But is more heavy duty and robust to cover larger spans of up to 6 metres. The MF 700 Variant Awning has 2 slide guides at either side which allow you to slide the arms up & down to vary the pitch of the awning to your desired angle. These are popular on sliding glass doors, as when the arms located at the top of the guides it allows people to walk in

Convertable Awnings


The Convertible awnings are a cord operated with pivot arms at either end. These arms are fixed to the wall at the half way point of the window. The bottom pocket is weighted so when you release the cord, gravity will take the awning down.

Pivot Arm Awnings


Pivot arm awnings are either crank operated or motorised. They have spring loaded arms located on either end, which force down when released to tension the fabric. Crank operation by a winder handle is suitable to heights of 4.5 meters and for higher installations motorisation is recommended.

Automatic Awnings


The Automatic retractable awning is spring operated with running irons fitted to the wall on both sides and sliding lock arms which travel up & down. This allows the awning to be stopped at the desired position on the drop of the window. In most cases the awnings has a pelmet at the top for the awning to retract into for protection. The awning can only be operated manually and uses a pole with a boat hook to manoeuvre the awning up, down and to retract.
