The base cloth is woven from pigmented acrylic fibres. High light fastness pigments ensure that outdoor durability far surpasses conventionally dyed fabrics. The acrylic is inherently unattractive to fungal growth.
The coating process includes a thermosetting resin, powerful fungicides and fluoropolymer fabric protector, which imparts water and soil repellency to the product.
